At Zamzam Attar and Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygienic and consumable nature of perfumes and attars, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
All perfumes and attars are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
This policy is in accordance with hygiene and safety standards applicable to fragrance products.
Eligible for Return / Refund
A return or refund will be accepted only in the following cases:

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund:

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

The video must start before opening the sealed package

The issue (damage or wrong item) must be clearly visible
β Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be approved.
Reporting an Issue

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted
Refund Approval & Processing

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed within 2β3 business days
